Who we are
Dressio is a product of Lanai LLC, a privately held company. The service is operated from the European Union, serves users across Europe and the United Kingdom, and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR where applicable. You can reach us at support@dressio.app.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address, authentication identifiers from Supabase (our identity provider), and timestamps of account events.
- Subscription data. A Stripe customer identifier, plan, status, and current period end. Card numbers are never stored on our servers — Stripe handles payment data end-to-end.
- Product usage. An audit log of each automation action you take (re-list, offer, price drop, translate) and counters per UTC day / month. Entries store only the Vinted item id and whether the action succeeded, never the item's contents.
- Extension-local data. Your Vinted session cookies stay in your browser. The extension never sends them to our servers, and we could not read them even if we wanted to.
What we don't collect
- Your Vinted password.
- Credit-card numbers or full billing details (Stripe holds these).
- Third-party ad-tech identifiers. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other cross-site tracker on the marketing site or in the dashboard.
- Device fingerprinting, persistent beacons, or session replay.
Where data lives
All personal data is stored in Supabase's Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy program (see stripe.com/privacy). Cloudflare handles TLS termination.
How long we keep it
- Account records: until you delete the account.
- Subscription history: retained for seven years for tax reasons.
- Audit log: the last 180 days; older rows are pruned weekly.
- Waitlist entries: deleted 30 days after launch or on request, whichever first.
Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you everything we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to any processing you disagree with.

Changes
If we change this policy materially we'll email every active user at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Minor edits (typos, reformatting) are made silently, and the "Last updated" line at the top changes.
